5. Fees & Payment

• Quotes & Estimates: All quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Deposit & Payment Schedule: Typically, we require a 50% deposit before starting work and the remaining 50% upon delivery or per milestone as agreed.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or suspension of Services until payment is received.
• Refunds: Except as required by law, deposits are non‑refundable once work has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Work: Upon final payment, we grant you a non‑exclusive, perpetual license to use deliverables created for you. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.
• Your Content: You warrant that any materials you provide (text, images, logos) are owned by you or properly licensed, and that their use won’t infringe on others’ rights.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non‑public information shared during the project. Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes publicly known without breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• No Guarantees: While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search rankings or sales increases).
• Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the relevant Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

• By You: You may terminate a project in writing. You’ll pay for all work completed and any non‑recoverable expenses up to the termination date.
